Some of the best people we know would not apply to a posted job. They show up, point at a problem we have not noticed yet, and tell us what they would do about it. This is for them.
If you have read what we are building and felt that you should be a part of it — even though there is no posted role that matches — we want to hear from you. Designers, writers, storytellers, operators, researchers in adjacent fields, builders of unusual things: this is your door.
We do not have a checklist for this one. We are looking for taste, conviction, and the kind of work history that speaks for itself.
What we’re looking for
- A clear point of view on what we should be doing that we are not.
- Something you have made — shipped product, writing, research, art, a company — that we can look at.
- A short pitch: what role you would invent for yourself, and what you would do in the first three months.
